Gor Discord Bot

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Last Updated: August 2, 2026

By installing, accessing, inviting, configuring, or using the Gor Discord Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the bot.

Important: The Gor Discord Bot may be used in mature, adult-oriented roleplay environments. It may produce or relay profanity, insults, fictional dominance and submission language, fictional slavery themes, violence, and other content unsuitable for children.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gor Discord Bot, including its Discord commands, webhook roleplay features, character profiles, conversation systems, moderation tools, website integrations, and related services.

In these terms:

  • “Bot” means the Gor Discord Bot and its related services.
  • “Service” means the features made available through the Bot.
  • “Operator” means the owner and administrators responsible for operating the Bot.
  • “User” means any person who installs, accesses, configures, or interacts with the Bot.
  • “Server” or “Guild” means a Discord server in which the Bot has been installed.
  • “Character Content” means character names, biographies, avatars, dialogue, profiles, roleplay information, and related material submitted through the Bot.

These terms are an agreement between you and the Bot Operator. Discord Inc. is not a party to this agreement.

Use of the Bot must also comply with:

If these Terms conflict with Discord’s applicable terms or policies, Discord’s terms and policies control.

2. Eligibility and Mature Content

The Bot is intended for use by adults in mature roleplay communities.

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • Be legally permitted to use Discord.
  • Follow the age requirements of the Discord server where the Bot is installed.
  • Not use the Bot if you are prohibited from using Discord or similar online services.

The Bot may support fictional Gorean roleplay, fictional slavery, dominance and submission, mature themes, harsh language, violence, and other adult-oriented content.

Use of fictional roleplay features does not permit or encourage:

  • Real-world slavery or trafficking.
  • Real-world coercion or abuse.
  • Sexual exploitation.
  • Non-consensual real-world conduct.
  • Content sexualizing minors or age-ambiguous persons.
  • Threats of real-world violence.
  • Harassment directed at a real person.
  • Any illegal conduct.

All characters involved in sexual or explicitly adult roleplay must be clearly represented as adults.

3. Description of the Service

The Bot may provide features including, but not limited to:

  • Discord slash commands.
  • Character registration and management.
  • Character names, biographies, avatars, roles, genders, castes, cultures, and roleplay profiles.
  • Active-character selection.
  • Character speech through Discord webhooks.
  • Message commands such as =say, =Menu, and =bio.
  • Mock conversational intelligence.
  • Personality, mood, relationship, gossip, sensory, and memory systems.
  • Optional third-party artificial-intelligence connections.
  • Optional game-server and NPC integration.
  • Optional equipment or sentient-item speech hooks.
  • Moderation and administrative tools.
  • Welcome messages and role-management features.
  • Logging, security monitoring, diagnostics, and conversation-watchdog systems.
  • Internal profile interfaces for future websites or related services.

Features may be added, changed, restricted, disabled, or removed at any time.

4. Character Speech and Webhook Messages

The Bot may use Discord webhooks to display messages using a selected character’s name and avatar.

For example:

=say Hello.

may be replaced with a webhook message posted under the selected character’s identity.

By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

  • The webhook message represents content submitted by you.
  • The character name and avatar may differ from your Discord account name and avatar.
  • Your original command message may be deleted after the replacement message is posted successfully.
  • Other users may reasonably understand the message as fictional character dialogue.
  • You remain responsible for all content submitted through your selected character.
  • You may not use character profiles to impersonate a real person, staff member, another player, or another player’s character without authorization.
  • You may not falsely represent webhook messages as official statements from the Operator, Discord, or another organization.

The Bot may preserve the original message when the webhook replacement fails.

5. User Accounts and Character Profiles

You are responsible for activity performed using your Discord account and character profiles.

You agree to:

  • Keep your Discord account secure.
  • Provide accurate profile information where accuracy is required.
  • Maintain control of the characters registered under your account.
  • Use only avatars and content that you have the right to use.
  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or impersonating profiles.
  • Notify server staff if you believe your profile or account has been accessed without authorization.

Character limits, biography limits, avatar restrictions, and other profile limits may be enforced automatically.

The Operator may rename, edit, disable, transfer, archive, or remove a character profile when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or server rules.

6. User Content

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit.

By submitting content through the Bot, you grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store the content.
  • Process it through Bot features.
  • Display it in Discord.
  • Relay it through webhooks.
  • Include it in character profiles.
  • Use it to maintain conversation context and roleplay memory.
  • Create backups reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Service.

This license exists only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. It ends when the content is deleted, except where temporary backups, moderation records, legal obligations, or legitimate security records must be retained.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Bot to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, Discord policy, or server rule.
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or intimidate another person.
  • Distribute another person’s private or identifying information.
  • Impersonate another user, staff member, real person, or organization.
  • Share illegal, exploitative, or malicious content.
  • Sexualize minors or age-ambiguous persons.
  • Promote real-world human trafficking, coercion, or abuse.
  • Distribute malware, spyware, credential stealers, or harmful files.
  • Attempt to obtain Bot tokens, webhook tokens, API keys, passwords, or private credentials.
  • Probe, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass Bot security.
  • Evade rate limits, bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.
  • Spam commands, messages, webhooks, direct messages, or API requests.
  • Abuse moderation, role-management, or administrative features.
  • Manipulate the Bot into revealing private prompts, credentials, stored data, or another user’s private information.
  • Use automated accounts or scripts to interact with the Bot without authorization.
  • Submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
  • Use the Bot in a way that interferes with Discord, the game server, the host system, or other users.

The Operator may restrict suspicious activity even when it is not specifically listed above.

8. Mock Intelligence and Automated Responses

Some Bot responses are produced by a rules-based conversational system sometimes described as “Mock AI.”

The Mock AI:

  • Is not conscious, sentient, or self-aware.
  • Does not possess human judgment.
  • May misunderstand context.
  • May produce incorrect, repetitive, inconsistent, offensive, or inappropriate responses.
  • May reflect character moods, hostility, profanity, social roles, gender, culture, fictional slavery roles, or relationship history.
  • Should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Bot-generated statements are fictional output and do not necessarily represent the views of the Operator, Discord, server staff, or any real person.

Users should not provide confidential, financial, medical, identifying, or otherwise sensitive personal information to the Bot.

9. Optional Third-Party AI Services

The Operator may optionally connect the Bot to a third-party artificial-intelligence service.

When such a feature is enabled:

  • Selected prompts, conversation context, character details, or related information may be transmitted to the third-party provider.
  • Third-party processing is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
  • The third-party service may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or changed without notice.
  • The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of third-party-generated responses.
  • The feature may be disabled at any time.

The Bot should clearly identify or document when third-party AI processing is enabled.

More information about data processing should be provided in the Bot’s Privacy Policy.

10. Conversation Memory and Personality Development

The Bot may retain limited conversation history and roleplay information to improve continuity.

Stored information may include:

  • Character relationships.
  • Personality traits.
  • Mood or disposition.
  • Forms of address.
  • Roleplay roles and status.
  • Fictional ownership or slavery-role information.
  • Gossip and knowledge entries.
  • Recent conversation topics.
  • User preferences.
  • NPC, equipment, or character identifiers.
  • Watchdog findings and suggested improvements.

Conversation memory may be automatically trimmed based on age, size, storage limits, or administrative settings.

The Bot may gradually adjust persistent personality traits or NPC profile values based on accumulated interactions. It will not necessarily interpret every interaction correctly.

Users should not assume that deletion of a Discord message immediately removes all associated backups, logs, or conversational memory. Data-removal procedures are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Logging and Security Monitoring

The Bot may create logs to maintain security, diagnose errors, enforce rules, and improve conversations.

Logs may record:

  • Commands and feature usage.
  • Discord user, guild, channel, role, and message identifiers.
  • Errors and connection problems.
  • Webhook failures.
  • Rate-limit events.
  • Moderation actions.
  • Suspicious or abusive activity.
  • Conversation problems detected by the watchdog system.
  • Automated suggestions for improving future responses.

The Operator may review these records when investigating technical problems, security incidents, policy violations, or user complaints.

Sensitive credentials such as Bot tokens, API keys, and webhook tokens should not be intentionally written to ordinary logs.

12. Moderation and Enforcement

The Operator and authorized server staff may:

  • Warn users.
  • Delete or replace messages.
  • Restrict commands or features.
  • Disable character profiles.
  • Remove inappropriate avatars or biographies.
  • Mute, timeout, kick, or ban users where authorized.
  • Suspend access to the Bot.
  • Remove the Bot from a server.
  • Preserve relevant records for security or moderation review.

Enforcement may occur without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, Discord, or the Operator.

The Operator may consider context and severity but is not required to apply identical enforcement in every situation.

Attempts to evade enforcement may result in additional restrictions.

13. Privacy

Use of the Bot is also governed by the Gor Discord Bot Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should explain:

  • What information is collected.
  • Why information is collected.
  • How it is stored.
  • How long it is retained.
  • When it may be shared.
  • How users may request access, correction, or deletion.
  • How to contact the Operator about privacy matters.

Do not use the Bot until you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services

The Bot depends on services that may include:

  • Discord.
  • Hosting providers.
  • Database providers.
  • Reverse proxies or web servers.
  • Avatar-hosting or caching services.
  • Optional artificial-intelligence providers.
  • Game-server software and third-party modules.

The Operator does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, account actions, data practices, or failures caused by those services.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Availability and Changes

The Bot is provided as an evolving service.

The Operator does not guarantee that:

  • The Bot will always be online.
  • Every command will always function.
  • Stored information will never be lost or corrupted.
  • All responses will be accurate or appropriate.
  • Features will remain unchanged.
  • Discord or third-party API changes will not interrupt service.
  • Character avatars or external links will remain available.
  • Conversation memory will be permanently preserved.

Maintenance, updates, crashes, outages, API limits, security incidents, or game-server restarts may interrupt the Service.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bot and Service are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

The Operator makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Availability.
  • Accuracy.
  • Reliability.
  • Security.
  • Data preservation.
  • Compatibility with every Discord server, client, game server, or third-party system.

Use of the Bot is at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Bot.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Lost data.
  • Lost character profiles.
  • Lost conversation memory.
  • Service interruption.
  • Discord account or server actions.
  • Content posted by users.
  • Incorrect or offensive automated responses.
  • Unauthorized use of a user’s Discord account.
  • Failures of Discord or another third-party service.
  • Loss of profits, reputation, opportunities, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Operator’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly to the Operator for use of the Bot during the six months before the claim arose, or US $25, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator, server owners, administrators, developers, and authorized staff from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Bot.
  • Content you submit.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of Discord policies.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Activity performed through your Discord account or characters.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time.

The Operator may suspend or terminate access when:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You violate Discord rules or applicable server rules.
  • Your activity creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
  • Discord restricts or removes the Bot.
  • The Service is discontinued.
  • Continued operation is no longer practical.

Termination does not automatically remove provisions that reasonably need to survive, including ownership, liability, enforcement, security, and dispute provisions.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when features, laws, Discord policies, or operating practices change.

The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Material changes may also be announced through Discord or another official communication channel.

Continuing to use the Bot after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where legally permitted, disputes must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction over the Operator’s principal location.

Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws that apply to you.

22. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Bot Privacy Policy, applicable server rules, and incorporated Discord policies form the complete agreement governing use of the Bot.

No informal statement changes these Terms unless it is incorporated into an official written revision.

24. Contact

Questions, reports, appeals, or legal notices concerning the Bot should be directed to the Gor administration team through an official support channel.

Operator Contact: Add an official email address or Discord support channel here.
Privacy Requests: Add the location where users may request access to or deletion of stored information.
Support Page: Add a link to the appropriate support or contact page.
